This website the Album Designer Network ™ is own and operated by Jae Design Concepts, Inc. Before using this website you must agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age to sign up for our services. By signing up for our services you are guarantying Jae Design Concepts, Inc. that you are at least eighteen years of age or older and that you agree and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Should you not agree to the terms as set forth in this agreement please exit this website immediately. We reserve the right to change or modify the terms of this agreement without notice and suggest that you check back from time to time to view any changes that may have be made to this agreement.

By signing up for access to the Album Designer Network ™, you will have the total ability of using the ordering and submission process. Any and all graphics, functionality, and processes involved in the ordering and submission process are the sole property of Jae Design Concepts, Inc. Any attempt to alter or corrupt functionality, copy images of the system, website or use the system for any other method except for submission of photographic images will be held liable for such actions. Submitted images posted by any registered user of the Album Designer Network™ will be used for the sole purpose of graphic designing, color printing and album manufacturing by a legitimate user who has been approved to entering the system via the Album Designer Network ™. Any other use of the ADN system is prohibited by law. All users should be aware that by entering this website and use of the Album Designer Network ™ can be tracked by our internal security and can be identified by case specific IP addresses.

You acknowledge that all products ordered with the use of the Album Designer Network ™ are custom made to order and have no market beyond your original order thereof, as such all products are un-returnable and payment for any ordered product is to be made in advance. All orders will be billed one-third of total amount ordered prior to color correction phase of the production process and the balance shall be paid upon production of the photographic re-prints or submission to the bindery for album production at the discretion of Jae Design Concepts Inc. All items purchased through the Album Designer Network™ and shipped to you are subject to a shipment contract under which the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to our shipping carrier.

Furthermore, you understand that the subject of color control and quality is purely a subjective issue which you give total control to Album Designer Network™ Inc., Jae Design Concepts, Inc., all of its affiliates and contributing partners and waive all legal rights as to the quality and final appearance of the finished images. Your acceptance of this agreement gives the Album Designer Network™ and it’s representatives all control as to the quality of the finished images based on overall appearance of the photographic reprints and will not hold such parties liable for any difference of opinion of color or final image quality. Should you not be satisfied with the subject matter of the images after agreeing to and electronically finalizing the design and layout of the final design layout, you shall look solely to any photographer(s) responsible for creation of images used in any design layout, and not to the Album Designer Network ™, Inc., for any damages and/or claims whatsoever relating to the photographs or Products.

In the event that you reproduce, display, transmit, distribute or otherwise exploit the photographs or products, or any portion thereof, in any manner not authorized by the Album Designer Network ™, Inc., or if you otherwise infringe any intellectual property rights or any other rights relating to the photographers, photographs, products or this web site, you agree to indemnify and hold the Album Designer Network ™ Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors and representatives, harmless against any losses, expenses, costs or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by them as a result of unauthorized use of the photographs or products and/or your breach or alleged breach of these terms of this Agreement.

All of the content (other than the photographs) on our website, including without limitation, the graphics, design, and look and feel are owned by the Album Designer Network ™, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights protection. The Album Designer Network ™, Inc. logos are trademarks owned by the Album Designer Network ™, Inc. and Jae Design Concepts, Inc and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission. In addition, you may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or otherwise disassemble software or programming code included on this Web site.

The Album Designer Network ™, Inc. may make software from third-party companies available to you. To download such software, you may be required to agree to the respective software licenses and/or warranties of such third-party software. Each software product is subject to the individual company's terms and conditions, and the agreement will be between you and the respective company.
